Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your RE5 Master account and associated app data from this page. You do not need to reinstall or open the app to make the request.

Request account deletion

Important: deleting your account is permanent. You may lose access to study progress, mock exam history, saved content, subscription access records, and other account-linked app data.

How To Request Account Deletion

  1. Email culturecreatives3@gmail.com from the email address used for your RE5 Master account.
  2. Use the subject line: RE5 Master Account Deletion Request.
  3. Include the account email address you want deleted.
  4. If you cannot email from the account address, include enough information for us to verify ownership.

When your request is verified, we will delete or anonymize account-linked personal information where reasonably possible, including:

Processing Time

We aim to respond within 7 days and complete verified account deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law, payment dispute handling, fraud prevention, technical backup rotation, or platform requirements.

Subscription Note

Account deletion does not automatically reverse completed payments or guarantee a refund. If you have an active subscription or payment issue, mention it in your email so we can assist with cancellation or access questions.
