- Technical information, such as app version, device type, crash or diagnostic information, and basic service logs needed to operate and secure the app.
Payments
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as PayFast. We do not store full card details in RE5 Master. We may store payment status, subscription type, transaction references, and access dates so that premium content can be unlocked and support requests can be handled.

Third-Party Services
RE5 Master may use trusted third-party services to operate the app, including Firebase services for authentication, hosting, storage, and database functionality; PayFast for payments; Resend or Firebase for email delivery; and AI service providers for study-assistant responses. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate RE5 Master, when required by law, to protect rights and security, or as needed to resolve payment, support, or account issues.
Data Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as needed to provide the app, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and keep business records. Study data and account data are generally deleted when your account deletion request is completed, unless we must retain limited records for legal, tax, accounting, chargeback, fraud-prevention, or security reasons.

Children
RE5 Master is intended for users preparing for professional regulatory exams. It is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect account, study, and subscription data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and alteration.
