This page explains how to request deletion of specific RE5 Master app data without necessarily deleting your whole account.

How To Request Data Deletion
- Email culturecreatives3@gmail.com from the email address used for your RE5 Master account.
- Use the subject line: RE5 Master Data Deletion Request.
- Include your account email address.
- Tell us what data you want deleted, such as mock exam history, practice results, study progress, chat messages, feedback, support messages, or saved content.
Data You Can Ask Us To Delete
- Study progress and lesson activity.
- Practice test results and mock exam history.
- Saved or starred study content linked to your account.
- Study assistant messages or prompts linked to your account, where stored.
- Feedback, support, and cancellation feedback linked to your account, unless retained for legal or business reasons.
- Profile or onboarding information linked to your account.
Data We May Need To Keep
We may retain limited records that are necessary for payment processing, tax and accounting obligations, refund or chargeback handling, fraud prevention, legal compliance, security, or proving that a deletion request was handled. System backups and logs may also remain for a limited period before deletion or rotation.
Processing Time
We aim to respond within 7 days and complete verified data deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law, payment dispute handling, fraud prevention, technical backup rotation, or platform requirements.
